I don't think Intel processors would be manufacturable at any other fab without an enormous amount of work. CPU designs, at least bleeding edge ones, are tuned for a specific process and do not port from one process to another with any ease. Chipsets are another matter and may port more easily because they do not rely on the state of the art process technology. Embedded designs, for example the as yet introduced Timna, include chipset features along with the processor so they require the most modern process as well and hence would not port. If anyone is using a generic process, they're not leading edge.
