The market is taking the CSCO, NT downgrade by the Sanford
Bernstien analyst very well. Either the rumored telco slowdown is already priced in or Bernstien analyst doesn't
have much clout in the street. I mean a CSCO, NT downgrade
has repurcussions on the entire tech sector. I haven't heard
any major telcos like WCOM or QWST say that they are going to cut back on spending.

Thanks
Anindo

I agree with you on Ariba being the #1 player but C1 has 16 of the biggest marketplaces signed up and has 26 of the Global 200 as customers. This is a 2-horse race. Ariba is my largest holding but I favor CMRC strongly for new money here.

Ray Lane was Oracles B2B presence for large marketplaces and he's at Kleiner now so CMRC is safely number 2.
