Including A/R, I presume?


No, I wouldn't include A/R. A/R isn't immediately liquid unless it is sold, in which case it becomes somewhat discounted. More important, since we're considering cash management as one of the executive management team's responsibilities, to the extent that they decide to convert A/R to cash will show up as cash without adding A/R to it.
(I'm not sure that last sentence makes any sense so it might be a good idea to brush up on your interpretive skills. :)
