A simplistic way to look at it would be: -- if no merger willl it go up or down? -- will it not meet earnings? -- if it does, will it go up or down? However, big question: what is missing that we don't know? I am taking a chance that we are missing nothing.... besides, it was trading at these levels when it was losing $$$ and there was no merger. I suspect like with so many stocks.....CSCO and KOPN, for an example, yesterday, there are rumors floating around about MTSN that something is wrong. However, what I think has happened, MTSN got into a downdraft because of the merger and has not been able to pull out of that spin since and it has only gotten worse as the Naz has corrected. The truth is is that its a solid company with good forward guidance. So I am willing to risk it at these levels. Bought some at 13 1/2 and will buy more if it falls further. Hopefully my unconscious knows what its talking about! <g> ted
