Carolyn- I'm not sure from what perspective you are asking a question. Are you asking from a brain/brawn perspective, a "riser" pseudo SP perspective, or from a user perspective? Do you have a url for more details. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)

That's exactly what's driving broadband deployment in South Korea. There Real Estate companies _in fact the chaebols Hyundai, Daewoo etc)'wire' the houses and commercial buildings for broadband. Do you remember intelligent buildings back in the eighties. A developer would have a better chance to lease property if he could put a false floor for cabling and facilities that an enterprise could use to set faster and cheaper in such premises. "Wiring" a building is a similar strategy.
