Hi Mike,

I saw Tom (if I can call him by first name) in a live interview state that SEBL had more revenue than anyone else combined, and that the market share is 53%. Most companies that get market share data take it from IDC, in my experience. Other than Ellison, no one really states what they think the market share is without having an unbiased source. But, Tom Siebel said 53%, nonetheless. He also said that they viewed companies in this range at about $250 million in sales or lower. Some software firms use $500 million in sales or lower to define the market. That could be where difference in market share data come from beside defining CRM.

Either way, I think SEBL's market share is pretty close to what he said, even if it is not exact. If I recall, 25% of total revs. were in the middle market last quarter. So, they are moving product. : )

Best,

John
