but since you are Flemish or a Walloon :) [hope I have that right?] it's not a fair pun to put you through. :)

I don't know too much about Sanford Bernstein other than that (a) they are an "old-fashioned" asset management firm, and (b) they tend to make some weird calls and (c) they seem to like coming late to each party.

For example, I remember them issuing a strong sell on NITE (%^$#@$*&^^%#%&) when NITE was at its lows last year ...... around 22-24 or something. They are strange birds, as far as I am concerned.

I think the market agreed with me today. Finally!

lvlamb, Sanford Bernstein appears to be a value-oriented firm. Maybe they wanted to poke a hole in the growth stocks. The market made them look silly.
