Hey Mike,

Well, I like to be conservative.

By the way, I should have the opportunity, the week after next, to speak with the person at Oracle who heads up their CRM efforts there. I was very interested that Ellison did not break out the CRM revenue in the last quarter. This leads me to believe there is no confidence in beating Siebel now. You won't see this in an analyst reports, but I thought it was a subtle point. I'm also interested in how giving away the SFA product will really be monetized. Giving stuff away is not new, and there are 70 other modules customers need to pay for.

Also, the bad mouthing has been taken to a new level by Siebel. Basically he is saying that Oracle's CRM application is the biggest failure in the history of the software applications market. No live customers. So, I'll let Oracle speak for themselves and see what happens.

Best,

John
