Hi Monty.

No I am not an insider..but I do have a fairly wide experience of the semi trade..worked for several companies and I do buy stocks that are beaten up.

Unless you actually have the ability to see into the future it's quite easy to end up holding long on a stock under water...I have some NSM at $57 for example. A big mistake is to pump more money into it. I feel affection for all my "dog stocks" but the horse racing biz taught me how to gamble... don't get in too deep.

My projections only come from a post I saw on the Yahoo ADI thread when it was about $20 before the split. It had the crap ripped out of it. Look at it now. AMD could easily be the same story. The post said...It doesn't matter how low you think a stock can go..it often goes a lot lower then that.
