bonstrosity-

yer slip is showing too.

spelling = A+
grammar = A
punctuation = A
research = D
logic = D
deductive reasoning = F
POV = F- (article written from devil's advocate position in attempt to approximate a mythical "poor dumb consumer" personality who doesn't actually exist)

overall grade = C+

did you by chance graduate with a degree in print or broadcast journalism? i see a lot of columnists and TV news reporters try to report from that same mythical POV. yuuuuk! it doesn't work. it's a juvenile mentality. i don't know where they get that, but i'm suspecting it's taught in journalism departments or ad agencies just to get viewers/readers riled and sell copy.

if your only objective is to have the maximum reads of your posts, that works well but if you want to further the cause of certain socially redeeming values you believe in, you can do much better without that mythical POV. hell, just come straight from your own ego, your own emotions and concerns. that kind of honesty and personal POV at least gives you some impact and respect even if your viewpoints are not popular. it takes more guts though. i hope you don't have a fragile ego or a lot of insecurities.

keep spittin' fire, but spit it from your own heart!

love ya,

-polvie

disclaimer: i could be wrong. i'm certainly bucking the commercial media approach, but it's worth a try.
