I agree. This Apple inspired after-hours "selloff" is a joke. It's as ridiculous as this bogus rumor -- (I hear Dr. Koop might warn too). Wonder what THAT will do to the world economy! Sheesh The good news is that if the market opens down today's rally has a much greater chance of sticking imo. I was worried about a gap-up opening that would lead to the inevitable bouts of "profit-taking." Maybe Apple saved us from that.

What is AAPL? I am trying to panic but don't know what to panic about. I think I'll go have a nice cup of tea instead.

PS: I guess it's Apple Computer but I'm not going to check. Didn't they go broke 5 years ago because they didn't get cloned like the IBM PC and have their software stolen, like Microsoft did, which made the PC the worldwide standard and MSFT the worldwide software?

[Edit...a couple of posts later I see Apple. Re the shift to the telecosm from the microcosm, I suppose this is affirmation of $ill Gates' and Microsoft's new philosophy = Major Paradigm Shift Happens]
