Don't know about where anyone else is but it's cold here in southeast Michigan. Last few nights temps dropped over 20 degrees F between 4 PM and 8 PM. Actually HAVE to turn on the furnace tonight. I remember last year it was beautiful outside well into mid October.

That RIG rig contract sounds great. Anyone know what rates that type of rig fetched during the last boom?

You can also add in that new houses are bigger than ever. Many have high ceilings now and all that space has to be heated in order for the humans down there on the floor to be comfortable. Arizona alone probably added close to 45,000 homes just this past year ... and yes, we do put in heating systems.
