There are a couple of things that Amazon has done lately
which has really ticked me off as a long time customer of
theirs. They are
1. Changing their privacy policy without giving existing
customers a choice whether they want to pull their info
of Amazon.
2. A recent experiment of theirs where they had different
prices for the same items depending on who was logged on.
(I believe new customers were given better prices)

Whereas earlier I would buy stuff from Amazon irrespective
of price differential between Amazon and other sites, now I am very open to buying from others.
