Ed, I haven't been getting msnmember.msn.com
for over a week. "The page cannot be displayed"
MSN support does not reply to 2 e-mails.

Everything else works. Have IE5.5 from MSN CD.
I don't really miss that page, but would like
to solve the puzzle. Do you get that page?

Also, read today MSN will offer DSL through Radio Shack.
I think I'll wait a year because even dialup msn is not
very reliable.

Gottfried

re: MSN Explorer browser.

hello; I noticed your post & decided to try the new browser.
Q. can't seem to get rid of the fixed window on the left which reduces the area you can see in the active window. Any solution? When I right click to open rhs in a new window, the window opens in IE 5.5!

Also, I imported my favorites & it seems impossible to alphabetize them. A search of the HELP for alphabetize brings up no match.

BTW, decided to try it because of slow scrolling in IE 5.5. I did quite a bit of research on this, with help from the thread, & turned up many complaints that this happens with IE 5.5, but only one workaround & no real solution.

Scrolling in MSN Explorer seems about the same.
