Firstly I am not a fella,

I thought guys and fellas had long ago become non-gender specific terms...

secondly I bought AAPL in AH in the 28's and sold it in AH in the low 29's.

That is a smart move...

Investors need to understand what went wrong with AAPL and why before increasing their holdings (or decreasing them, by that matter).

Is this a one time hiccup or the end of a reprieve from a period of growth from Mac users who had one last fling with Apple before moving to PCs?

Will IBM and MOT ever catch up on their release cycle or are they falling further and further behind. Is MOT still committed to a high end PowerPC or do they see this chip more as a workhorse to be shipped on non-leading edge clockings?

I haven't followed Apple for almost a year, so I don't know the answer to those questions...

The long term strategy for Apple has not changed, and that ought to be: move to intel platform, Linux OS, with Aqua on top.
