How many times have we activated reserves?????? Only when Bush's old buddy Saddam got out of control. Bush's Daddy built up Saddam when he was head of the CIA. I'll bet Saddam thought old George would let him get away with attacking Kuwait. Bush's Daddy also built up every dictator in South and Central America during his reign in the CIA. I often wonder what would have happened if Bush Sr. hadn't pardoned those 7 men in the Contra affair.???????? After his family's dealings with Hitler, I guess he thought those dictators were harmless.
