That last post was funny, then all of a sudden it was sad.

I think Kodak is more a victim of the Internet than of anything else.
The Internet and a little device known as a personal computer are parts
of the infrastructure that has facilitated digital imaging.

Kodak was one of the earliest SanDisk supporters dating
back to the days when 2 MB of flash memory was all you
needed! Why Kodak didn't think to invest in SanDisk, knowing
what they knew at the time, is beyond me.

I didn't own SanDisk in 1996. I didn't even own a PC in 1996.
Had I been invested in SanDisk I would have asked Dr. Harari
if he felt Kodak was instrumental in promoting CompactFlash
in the early days of digital photography. In fact, I may
consider asking him that question.
