Agreed, however pot and cocaine are illicit drugs. The use of either is illegal. If someone want's to personally use these drugs and is caught they should be required by law to be rehabilitated. If you are caught as a dealer, except to children, you should be incarcerated for life at hard labor with no chance of parole. If you are caught dealing to children or are caught bringing drugs in across our nation's borders in quantity you should then be executed ASAP by military firing squad in a public location and it should be televised. There, see how easy it is to virtually eliminate the illicit drug problem.
