Thanks for your comments. I agree with your thoughts on margins and the commodity nature of their products. The question is whether these issues are fully reflected in their stock price. The valuations are now low enough that it might be worth considering. The key is whether industry growth will be fast enough for them to boost margins.

Of course if their best people are jumping ship, it may not matter. Maybe they are just "repricing" their options!

It would be interesting to hear Patricia's thoughts given her strong support of CMTO in the past.

What I am having difficulty understanding is why this company is selling for 2x revenues and tern is selling for 8x revenues. cmto clearly recognizes that they need to improve their margins in order to stay in business. I am not sure if the current pricing reflects any of cmto's future in cable telephony.
