No they didn't both serve honorably.......Bush just signed up and left. He was AWOL for 18 months and received no punishment due to his Father's connections. The men and women in the National Guard do serve honorably and at times risk their lives for us so they should be respected. They should be respected by the Bush family as well who apparently don't think they have to obey civil or military laws. George W. Bush has never paid the consequences for actions that would have sent others to Levenworth(sp?).
