Re: Are you now going to argue that it is bad for start-ups to issue options to employees?

This isn't a startup, Blake. The company went public years ago. This is over 2 years of gross sales receipts taken from the stockholders and deposited into the pockets of insiders.

The equivalent at Intel would have been management giving itself well over $50 Billion dollars.

Just to put it into perspective.

Dan

blake, RE: Wrong again, GV tucker. You couldn't be more duplicitous:

rambus.com

They accelerated the recognition of employee stock option charges, that's all. Are you and scum now going to argue that it is bad for start-ups to issue options to employees?

There was no duplicitous intent. I was wrong as to the recipient of the options, and have already admitted as such to sylvester.

That does not change the point I was making. This is a cost of doing business that should be taken into account. I have not ever stated this is bad, whether it is options granted to employees or options granted to customers.
