Bush never left home while Gore went to Vietnam. ROFLMAO!!!! And I suppose the next thing you're going to tell us is that Gore was issued a purple heart for all those paper cuts he suffered? I hardly call spending 4 months over there covering Westmorland and the night life in Saigon dangerous.. He was coddled all the time he was there because his father was a Senator. He was NEVER put in harm's way. And David, do you know how much the military spends to train a pilot? Do you know how much they spend to train a journalist? I would guess the former is far more highly trained than the latter.. Do you think these guys just go up and never practice combat maneuvers? Have you ever worn any uniform during your life? (And Mcdonalds or Burger King doesn't count... <VBG>)
