I wouldn't be surprised, Robert. I was pretty sure at one point they were going after him but have seen no evidence.

Nor did I notice much evidence of his comments having convinced anyone but his small albeit vocal band of hyenas. Still, never seemed right for him to be able to make allegations so patently false.

For the stock price I think it will become moot in a few weeks.
