The guys that use Christ's comment "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" usually don’t have a clue.

What makes them think that anything is Caesar's or that Christ inplies such? Answer- their own political agenda.

Christ's teachings are all political. If they read the Uncle Remos stories and "get it" they'll get Christ also.

The slaves that listened to the Remos stories heard those stories ideologically; Christ's followers did also.
