IM GOING BANKRUPT????

We are a computer reseller and use IM as a major supplier. We too have complained to them concerning their recent policy changes. These have not resulted in better service.

Over a year ago they suddenly released several hundred of their account reps - our account was left unattended for several weeks and they did not have the courtesy to inform us of the change. Our order backlog has grown to unacceptable levels in recent months causing difficulties with our customers in project completions. We have had to resort to calling the OEMs to determine product availability. This last week we received an E-Mail from one of the OEMs indicating they had suspended shipments to IM because they were not getting paid. We had to order product directly from the OEM to complete the project and CANCEL THE ORDER with IM. IS IM GOING BANKRUPT? Fortunately for us there is still TECD to rely on. Anyone else had the same experience with IM.
