When is the closing "official"? After stockholder approval? There is a whole host of approval steps that must be completed prior to any closing, dependant upon a given industry. Sometimes the shareholder vote is completed long before the closing of a deal. The normal roadblocks and objections to a telecom/technology deal are not present with the GCTR/EXDS deal at this time. Should be smooth sailing. FYI I spoke to rank and file at EXDS yesterday and they were very pleased with the deal and were looking forward to cross selling certain services to the expanded breadth & scale of customers.
