Why was there an investigation in the first place? We spend 40m to find out if the President lied about an adulterous relationship.

Hell yeah, he lied, who wouldn't? I sure wouldn't have said: "Yes, now that you mention it, I did have sex with that woman, wild, kinky gorilla sex, and it was great!"
