At this point, the market has completely discounted the progress MTSN has made over the past year. The 3 way merger has backfired for the short term mostly because of the very poor timing of the announcement. The structure of the deal has created additional 'questions' and has also added to the uncertainty surrounding the deal. I believe the gloom is over blown and I added to my position yesterday. I still see a significant possibility that the stock continues it's slide but it has reached the 'too attractive to pass' stage where I have begun to accumulate more shares. my 2 cents, fwiw. Michael
