I would say they know who the winner is, but now have to wait. This could be a long delay and could be related to who gets elected in Nov. which may change who is the winner.

Hi Dave,

Too bad about the delay in the contract. I think this whole sector is shaky until the contract is released. Let's hope EDS is successful on this one. It sounds to me like CSC has a full plate with all of the contracts they have won recently.
