Ruff,
SCDMA is cable technology and unrelated to Q's wireless patents. TERN sells SCDMA cable modems. SCDMA's reported advantage is the removal of background static or noise in old coax cable.

If you have every spent time in Indonesia or had major
business relations with these folks, you know there is no merit to any real time frame or monetary value.
Indonesia has the most professional political con men at every level.
That is their culture.
