Hardly a capitulation with only 10mill shares trading so far. Just MHO. Who knows where the bottom is. The "astro" guys - I don't believe them at all - say it is at 35.

I would call it a capitulation when people are selling Microsoft at below a 104 week low. Especially considering:

1) They had many many chances to sell at higher prices on bad news.
2) None of the recent good news made the stock go up.

People selling now are really, really really pissed.
