Hi people

What a hit !

I feel for all people taking a hit today, you ALL have my sympathies...

nobody is safe anymore, but I feel like a better person for having gone through adversity.

BTW, I have a question:

HAS ANYBODY EVER, EVER SEEN A MARKET THAT KILLS COMPANIES BY 50% AT A TIME FOR MISSING EARNINGS ?

I THINK THIS IS NEW...

WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK ?

Take care
Jean

Thanks guys for the responses to my comments about timing of news. I still think that the fairest thing is always after the close. Maybe the afterhours trading was unfair to a few people but for the vast majority it is better to get the news at night and have time to cool off.

As for where will my Malibu company be if the INTCs of the world are crashing. Well, probably where it is now--a danger to go private! Like AAPL it's trading at 2x cash and it's at about a 6 PE despite a great history of growth.

To those commenting about this market--I have to agree. Absolutely nuts. In the old days this would've hit the stock for 20-25%, maybe.
