Docpaul,

Do you use I-Watch at all?

I-Watch is viewed as a contrarian indicator quite often. It shows INTENT only, not true buys and sells. Therefore, an institution can offer to buy a very large block at a price and withdraw the order before it gets filled. Other people see the order, and buy, driving up the price, while all the while, the insty plans of selling at the inflated price. Hope that helps.

I definitely want to start a position

Patience! You can get it for less next month.

Just something of interest here. On that Yahoo insider trading page, If you click on any of the people who bought or sold, you get their complete transaction history.

These are interesting:

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

This in particular:
biz.yahoo.com

Anyway what do all of you make of this?

Hey, I just checked my streaming video lists. Lots of RED! Lots of blood! SNDK holding!

Docpaul, I occasionally use a variety of data sources on institutional investing but prefer to concentrate on the basics of product demand growth, profit margins, relation of market price to sales, earnings, and book value, intrinsic value, measured by key patents, and most of all, the quality of management. If the management is good, they'll handle the problems. I have better things to do than remain glued to a monitor, trying to get the best buy or sell points on the basis of short term TA moves.
