Overdone as usual:
Fair? Make others whole: he should be free to be a big success and have his wages garnished not to pay a fine to the government for God's sake, the govt did not lose from this action: the wages should be garnished to pay back emlx holders who sold and would not have...but then should the ones who bought (who would not have) have to pay too?
