Actually, the school he attends has been very good for his discipline. There was a time I worried that his size would get him into trouble but he is very controlled now.

Then, too, I have a 40 year old nephew who is bigger so I can call him up if trouble arises. He would always help out "Unca" Pat.

A few bucks changing hands never hurts either. This is New Jersey after all.

You are correct though, I should be more careful. Last week I was chewing him out about something in the backyard and afterwards I realized my elder son was hanging around. Occurred to me later that his M.O. was probably to "try" to stop Killer if the argument got physical. 15 year old kids aren't as careful about discipline as they were when we were kids. Last thing on my mind, ever, would have been to slug my father.

(Of course, it might have been the last thing my mind ever had the capacity to think after the ol' man wound up and returned the punch).
