Yes, Bill has had some good picks AND some bad ones. The point is that Bill is just a faceless individual posting his opinions about companies on a stock thread. You don't know any more about Bill than you do about me or I about you. He's not some verifiable stock analyst making statements on CNN. His advice, like anybody elses here, is to be taken with a grain of salt unless you have the knowledge and confidence to verify or dismiss it. Taking Bill's, or anybody elses advice, on this thread without looking into the situation for yourself is like taking stock advice from strangers that approach you in the street.

That's why it's insane to chase posters with lawsuits. Reputable companies know this and don't bother. If you haven't noticed, those companies that do try to sue posters are often truly trash companies that have something to hide. I know of one instance personally where a small biotech tried to sue somebody for making negative statements on SI (no, it wasn't me). All the while, the CEO was intentionally trying to bury the company so he could sell it as a shell. That CEO resigned and was subsequently investigated for fraud and stock manipulation. A lot of these companies sue as a last ditch effort to mask what is really happening. When a company tries to sue, then I know that there really is a reason to be suspicious about management and what they are really doing behind closed doors.
