Hawk, Intel can comment any time that they want to.

They are under no restrictions at all from speaking.

Intel is mis-using the quiet period. They can't comment on 3Q earnings but they must at all times comment on material information concerning their business.

There is no press release on the Intel site about Timna cancellation.

There is no press release on the Intel site about Willy delay.

Both of these items will affect future earnings, Timna by leaving the low end market open for Duron, and Willy be reducing shipments in Q4.
