The whole system reminds me of Ice's sheep picture with
the SEC and houses as the guy in the driver's seat and
the retail investor playing the role of the sheep.


Last week's New Yorker Magazine cover was similar to what you describe, only G-rated, a drawing of bulls and bears on Wall Street, and one small, gullible-looking sheep being "befriended" by a cynical-looking bull. I'd link it but it doesn't seem to be on-line. At any rate, the concept seems to be well known enough to merit a New Yorker cover.
