I'm not an expert in grinders. Someone
(was it you?) commented that the grandparents
had a wooden coffee mill. These are great.
I loved them. Alas, today I use a plastic
grinder...
Back to your question. I feel that a metal
grinder as shown in the link may give the coffee
a brassy taste.
