E-Mr. Bill: I saw Schippers on Oliver North-by-Northwest's radio show, which was broadcast on C-Span. Schippers boasted to Ollie that his wife listens to Rush Limbo all the time. Schippers is neither Democrat nor Republican; he is an opportunist trying to make bucks off his slanted ghost-written book (Peggy Noonan probably wrote it for him.) Schippers should get a toll-free number and also set up a psychic business on the side. Oliver North-by-Northwest is also a piece of work, but that's a subject for a different day.
