The positive plan of dumping The learning Co. is MAT stopped losses instantly. The negative part of the dump is Gores Technology(known as the undertaker who stretches out the signing process until you make a profit; before they will take over) never pays any good money for their acquisitions. So MAT could have made profit themselves on the Learning Co., when Gores will sign on the dotted line. Now that we know the plan; the stock will start showing some life. Good Luck on your investment.
