Growth started slowing in fiscal 1999. Once that became apparent, the stock began to underperform.

darrell.....i'm speaking of "dell the stock"

dell's sales fine...so opine why the stock set a new low today

stock ownership is the only part of dell(other then as a customer)that we can participate in...

as far as asia.........look at the trade statistics....very meager exports to the developing area when compared to population.....

infrastructure even in the large cities of the prc are substandard......takes a subscriber two days to pay their wireless bill...first you must go to the provider to find out what your monthly bill is, then next day off to a nominated bank to pay the bill.......
