You laughed at me when I said the dump a couple of days ago in the fiber optic sector was a buying opportunity. Take a look at this - if you feel like taking a walk on the long side, here's the place to do it. If this is window dressing by the mutual funds, history tells us that the stocks on this list that are green are going to continue to go up (due to momentum and chart-chasing) unless it's really over.
