I have a quotes file that makes my website the tiniest bit more interesting. Every time I see something interesting, funny, poignant, or so horribly stupid that it will need to be repeated to the original author months later (mostly on SI), I place it in my file. You're in there four times. Elmer's in for five, three times for Drew@AMD, 4 for tejek, a surprising 8 from Bill Jackson, four from Tench (including two very funny anti-MS comments), 3 from Dan3, 7 from Scumbria, 3 from DARBES, 6 from Paul DeMone, 3 or 4 from Mike Magee, 3 from Dan Schuh, 4 from Pravin ....

Okay, well, point is that SI and SI's targets often make for incredible quotage. That's why I had no trouble with joining up here after only two years of lurking.

By the way, I think the following quote applies nicely to the AMD guidance situation (from Toni): "AMD has reiterated its guidance twice since we first issued it when we announced financial results for Q2. It is not our policy to respond to analysts' comments. We would have to issue a press release daily"
