Long term, ITE is an excellent hold. Unfortunately, there are probably a lot of investors that got caught in the downdraft early this year and are looking for opportunities to get out. Perhaps they are tired of the wait or because incubators are out-of favour now. With lack of demand and large offers, I'm not surprised that the lid stayed on. As more ITE holdings do IPOs, and with better promo the market will notice eventually and price it accordingly. Until then I wait for the second profitable run. PHLPI from 80 cents and holding LT.
