While MMC may or may not be dilutive to eps Not. Message 14413612 it almost certainly will be dilutive to the growth rate of eps, wherein I believe lies the rub. Don't bet the farm on it. This from AMCC's CFO after the announcement of the buyout of MMC. "We've been growing on a YoY basis is excess of 100%. Most of the estimates that are out there for our fiscal year '01, which ends in March '01, are for revenue to increase by over 100%; we feel comfortable with those estimates."
