Tom, are the leaves starting to change in your neck of the woods yet? We (my family) be heading to the NC mountains in two weeks. Boy, there ain't nothin better than looking down those still emerald green fairways cut into the side of the hills with the trees all on fire with low humidity, 'bout 65 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and those long fall shadows.

Lord, have mercy.
Pinhi

Hey Volt -

With all of the trouble it takes to grow roses here in the south, I wanted to pull out the 9 bushes that came with the place when we bought it. Of course Dolores wouldn't let me. It still is a pain in the a$$ fertilizing/systemic pest control every four weeks and fungicide every week, switching between two different chemicals. But, there's a lot to be said for vases of fresh roses about the house.
