NXTV invests in targeted ad company Expanse Networks Double-Click for TV it seems. siliconinvestor.com Expanse Networks Inc., a developer of addressable television ad delivery systems and software for broadband networks announced today that Next Level Communications (NASDAQ: NXTV chart, msgs), a leader in ATM/IP optical interactive DSL broadband systems, has made a $3 million investment in the company. The company has developed ExpanseTV(TM), a series of products for targeting specific television ads to individual TV sets connected to either cable television or VDSL (Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Line) networks. In addition, Next Level has extended an existing $2.4 million contract to establish proof of concept and to implement targeted advertising on VDSL networks. RP
