Palm currently uses exclusively the Dragonball processor from MOT, and sole sources its displays from Sharp.

There's been some talk of Palm using an INTC Strongarm processor for the next generation devices, but it's just talk as of now.

Sharp announced on 8/31 that it would not only exceed analyst projections for this FY's revenues/earnings, but its own May projections as well. Sharp is also sole supplier to Nintendo as far as I know. But NEC recently announced it would be shifting some of its production from large screens to smaller cell phone and PDA size screens, so Palm may move to get a second supplier for screens, since that's one of the component supply restrictions.
