Blake,

I responded to your request for info under the assumption that you were genuinely interested, and you replied with rude sarcasm. But I'm not quite ready to yet to put you on the Rambus Stooge list. I'll give you another shot at being civil.

If you didn't see it then how come you are answering it? I have always presumed that you and 'Carl' communicate off line on a frequent basis; I guess this just confirms my assumptions.

Carl and I have exchanged about 5 or 6 messages in the last year. He once asked me who I was, and I declined to answer. We later agreed to keep our privacy. DaveB is the only person on the thread who knows me.

I saw your post while reading a response by Richard. Apparently you aren't as good a detective as you think you are.

Nonetheless, congratulations for injecting just a tiny bit of information about yourselves. The transparency (dim as it may be) gives us a chance to try and figure out ways to possibly give you two the benefit of the doubt (huge as it may need to be).

I find this remark particularly offensive. I answered all of the questions you asked in a straightforward fashion.

It is not clear to me why some people on this thread view me as being a threat. I present a viewpoint which is negative about DRDRAM (and has proven to be 100% accurate.) But as everyone is starting to figure out, Rambus is not about DRDRAM (or technology) anymore.
